Magic show
I believe I have successfully uploaded my first blog video. Today Kolbe got his last Christmas present of the season (he loves it Heather and Tom). And could hardly wait for dinner to be finished so he could finally open the box and put on his first show. Unfortunately, I am married to a very old man at heart and his little eyes could hardly stay open past the run throughs and elaborate costume and makeup arrangements, not to mention the sheer mechanics of the tricks. If you listen carefully, that strange background noise is in fact my man's melodic nighttime breathing music (Ah, he's all mine). Oh well, at least I got the whole thing on video.
I just previewed it and it came out a bit, well really grainy. We'll see if I can fix that in upcoming blogs.

Wow, it's been a while

So I'm about as good at this as I was at updating my diary in Highschool. But here I am again. Nothing really new here in California except the RAIN!!!!!!! That's right it is 54 degrees right now and has been raining for 3 days........Global warming my arsssss.
Anyways, I was looking through my pictures and cam across some funny ones of Mom and Dad's visit. In the pictures we're playing a game much like charades but you have to use the other person's body to act things out. Super fun game. It's called Cranium Turbo Edition. I highly recommend it for any household. hours of fun. And really, don't Dad and Josh make a cute couple. AHHHHHH! So enjoy the pictures, maybe later I'll try to figure out how to include video in these things.

Keeping up with the times

Robin has finally convinced me to start a family blog.
I should probably start with a brief synopsis of who and where we are right now. Josh is the Service Manager for a bug killing company. Next year he will be starting Law School. We've pretty much narrowed it down to schools in Los Angeles or San Diego, although for the right school we would definitely keep our options open. I am an aspiring actress which in laymen terms means fancy shmancy head shots and resume I send out regularly by day and waitress by night. I work at this super fun restaurant here in Santa Monica on the Pier which name rhymes with Hubba Stump. Sydney is in fourth grade and this year she started playing the violin and is in the school choir. We are very proud of her. Kolbe has started Kindergarten this year and of course is the class clown. Last night he informed me he is going to be an artist and a cook when he grows up. How cute is that.
Well, that's a pretty good introduction to who we are at the moment. So for now, Sayonara.
Brief note, the pictures are of our family, Me ma and Pa Pa at Universal Studios a couple months ago. So other than the fact that Syd now has pink hair they're pretty accurate.
